Refund:
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.

Warranty:
- Our Portable Ice Bath comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Our Portable Sauna comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Our All-In-One Plunge Tub comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers defects or malfunctions that arise during normal use conditions.
- Basic wear and tear do not apply.
- The warranty does not cover damage due to water leaks from the unit, poor water chemistry, neglected filter care and replacement, freezing conditions, power outages, lack of attention to low water flow, or any other form of neglect, misuse, or abuse.
- We will not be able to provide refunds or replacements for any accidental damage caused by the customer.
