We offer two shipping options for deliveries to Australia:

Economy (5-10 business days): The cost for economy shipping is $39. This method provides reliable and affordable shipping, ensuring your ice bath tub arrives safely within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Courier (3-7 business days): For faster delivery, we offer courier shipping at a cost of $65. This method utilises a reputable courier service to expedite the shipping process, allowing your ice bath tub to arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 7 business days. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances. 

 

Shipping Destinations:

New Zealand: Whether you reside in a major city or a remote area in New Zealand, we are committed to delivering our product to your doorstep. 

However, please note that some remote areas may have limited access, and require an additional day or two. If you are unsure about the availability of shipping to your specific location, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Australia: We ship our ice bath tubs to customers across Australia. Whether you reside in a major city or a remote area, we are committed to delivering our product to your doorstep.

Order Processing and Shipping Time:

Upon receiving your order, we strive to process and package it as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 10am are generally delivered the next day in the North Island, while allowing 2-3 days for delivery to the South Island.
